Ok so I didn't do so well on my diet or blog when I started it, how shameful. I'm back and on a mission to be a size 12 by the end of February and a size 10 by Easter, I'll definitely succeed this time!!
I am currently doing Slimfast and recording my progress on myfitnesspal.com. I weighed this morning and I'm 11 stone which is the heaviest I've ever been!!!
So the plan is 2 slimfast shakes, 1 sensible meal, 2 pieces of fruit and at least 30 mins of exercise a day. I'm going to do this for 2 weeks and see how I get on. I may go back to just healthy eating (no specific plan) at the end of the 2 weeks. The exercise I'll be doing will be Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat DVD 5 times a week (just 1x circuit of each while on slimfast) and Pilates every day. I think exercise is the key and for this reason I wont be cutting out carbs this time.
I will try to update regularly, just so I can keep track of how I get on. I mean business this time.
2012 will not be a fat year for me, guaranteed.
